Arts Council of Pakistan’s Adabi Committee (Shair.o.Sukhan) organized book launching ceremony of “Nuskha Haye Fiker” authored by Dr. Nuzhat Abbasi. Famous literary personalities from the country attended the event and congratulated Dr. Nuzhat Abbasi. The event was presided by Prof. Sehar Ansari whereas other notable attendees were Prof.

Haroon Rasheed, Zafar Muhammad Zafar Khan, Dr. Ambreen Haseeb Amber, Shaista Mufti, Prof. Shakeel Ahmed khan and Rukhsana Saba. Salman Siddiqui hosted the ceremony. Dr. Ambreen commented on the book saying, “Dr. Nuzhat’s literary work is giving new life to the literature”. Prof. Auj-e-Kamal said that there are no critics in Karachi but Dr. Nuzhat Abbasi’s book on well researched and critical topics cheerished me.

Prof. Sehar Ansari said congratulated the author on her book and birthday and praised the work of Dr. Nuzhat saying many people are writing poetry, prose is also available in the form of digests but critical essays are being written by very few people. Recalling the memories from past he said that Nuzhat was my student in Jinnah University, she was very not much talkative during educational tenure. People like Nuzhat only need a platform to get acceptance of their capabilities. Towards the end of the event Dr.Nuzhat Abbasi presented her book to Prof. Sehar Ansari. A shield and bouquet was presented to Dr. Nuzhat Abbasi.
