Bestway Group introduced Geely Auto to Pakistan at a launch ceremony in Islamabad, attended by key executives and industry leaders. This marks Bestway’s entry into the automotive sector, with Bestway Automotive as Geely’s sole authorized distributor in the country.

The partnership aims to enable local assembly and vehicle sales, bringing Geely’s engineering and technological innovations to Pakistan. Irfan Sheikh, Group Managing Director, highlighted the partnership’s significance, which includes three Geely models: the EX2 compact electric hatchback, the EX5 electric SUV, and the Starray EM-R with range-extended electric technology.

Haider Choudrey, Group CEO, noted Bestway’s commitment to Pakistan through previous investments and the potential for local manufacturing and job creation. Evin Ye, Vice President of GAIC and Managing Director of Geely Auto ASEAN, emphasized the long-term commitment to growth and customer support in Pakistan.
