BankIslami, a leading Islamic bank in Pakistan, held sessions titled “Pakistan Economic Outlook: FY2027 and Beyond” to discuss the country’s financial landscape with policymakers, economists, and business leaders.
Key participants included Amin Khan Lodhi, Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan, and Khurram Schehzad, Advisor to the Federal Minister for Finance. BankIslami’s senior executives, including President and CEO Rizwan Ata, also attended.
Rizwan Ata emphasized the importance of dialogue among stakeholders for Pakistan’s economic progress. The sessions aimed to align policy direction with business priorities and promote a resilient, Riba-free banking ecosystem in the country.
