In recognition of Pinktober Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Bank Alfalah Legends Arena partnered with TAMS to host a padel tournament on October 17, 2026. The event aimed to raise awareness of breast cancer and promote community participation through sports, with a focus on women and youth.

Building on prior efforts, Bank Alfalah contributed PKR 14.6 million in 2025 to treat 37 breast cancer patients through partnerships with Indus Hospital and Cancer Foundation Hospital. In 2024, they collaborated with Roche Pakistan and Cancer Foundation Hospital, contributing PKR 10.75 million to treat five patients.

Mehreen Ahmed, Group Head of Retail Banking at Bank Alfalah, highlighted the importance of an active lifestyle and early detection in saving lives, noting that 1 in 9 women in Pakistan are at risk of breast cancer. She emphasized the need for awareness and proactive community involvement.

The tournament supported Indus Hospital’s Al-Hasna program for early breast cancer screening and treatment, showcasing Bank Alfalah’s commitment to health awareness and women’s well-being in Pakistan.
