Arts Council of Pakistan arranged live screening of cricket match between arch rivals; Pakistan and India. Attendees wore cricket team’s t.shirts to express their love for team players. Pakistan elected to ball first after winning toss. Aggressive batting from Indian side didn’t minimize the excitement of cricket lovers present in auditorium and they keep on enjoying the match with sportsmen spirit.
National songs were also played to turn up the attendees. Pakistan had to achieve a target of 302 runs to win according to D/L method. Though Sarfaraz eleven only made 212 runs in 40 over’s on the loss of 6 wickets. People were upset on the loss of Pakistan cricket team but had their hopes high that the team will perform in future matches.
