Alibaba.com celebrated Pakistan’s leading e-commerce businesses at the KEL Awards 2025, while also launching its upgraded Trade Assurance 2.0 service. The event recognized local exporters who have successfully used the platform to expand globally, featuring industry leaders such as Omer Khalid and Sayyed Ahmad Masud.
Trade Assurance 2.0 brings significant improvements, including reduced transaction fees, free withdrawals, higher credit limits, and more payment options. These enhancements will help Pakistani businesses conduct international trade more efficiently and securely.

The KEL Awards honored six finalists from various sectors. The top awards were presented to Mr. Muhammad Usman Humayun (Gray Rocks Enterprise), Mr. Haider Ali (IMPEX Pakistan), and Mr. Muhammad Azam Rahmat (Mangoes Fashion), while the People’s Choice Award went to Mr. Muhammad Wasim (Blue Hands International).
Berry Ma from Alibaba.com emphasized that the awards celebrate the resilience of Pakistan’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). One finalist, Muhammad Azam Rahmat of Mangoes Fashion, shared that his company has achieved over 200% growth since joining Alibaba.com, securing substantial international deals and inspiring other entrepreneurs in Pakistan.
