In a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Board of Engro Fertilizers Limited (the “Company”) has been informed that Mr Ahsan Zafar Syed has been appointed as the ‘President & Chief Executive Officer – Designate’ of Engro Corporation Limited.

The bourse filling in a note adds that till further notice, Mr Ahsan Zafar Syed will remain actively engaged in managing the affairs of the Company as the Chief Executive Officer. Following his appointment as President & Chief Executive Officer of Engro Corporation Limited, the Company’s Board of Directors will appoint a new Chief Executive Officer.
