Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and the National Information Technology Board (NITB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance digital public services under the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP).

This partnership aims to leverage both organizations’ expertise to deliver accessible and citizen-focused digital services.

NITB will collaborate with PSW to integrate and digitize selected services into a unified citizen services platform, with a focus on interoperability and user-centric design. This initiative is part of a World Bank-funded project aimed at modernizing government-to-citizen services and setting a regional benchmark for digital governance and economic growth.
