ARY Digital Network acquires majority stake in Nukta

ARY Digital Network, one of Pakistan’s leading television networks, has acquired a majority stake in the digital media platform Nukta to enhance its digital media presence. This move supports ARY Group’s strategy to innovate journalism by blending its broadcasting experience with digital storytelling.

Nukta will now integrate into ARY’s expanding media ecosystem, which serves millions globally. Founder Salman Iqbal stated that this partnership would strengthen their digital footprint while maintaining strong global broadcast leadership.

Operating from Dubai, Nukta will leverage ARY’s resources to grow its audience and content offerings. The platform, which includes verticals like Nukta Business and Nukta Crime, is expected to expand significantly under ARY’s strategy.

Kamran Khan, founder of Nukta and an experienced journalist, has joined ARY as Chairman of ARY News & Nukta, expressing excitement over the potential of combining ARY’s reach with Nukta’s digital platform. The flagship program On My Radar will soon air on ARY News, marking a significant expansion for both entities in the media landscape.
