Engineer Daro Achakzai, President of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI)) has once again appointed Gulzar Firoz as Chairman, FPCCI Standing Committee on Environment. It is for fourth consecutive year that Gulzar Firoz has been given this responsibility, said a press release issued earlier this week.

Gulzar Feroz, former Vice President, FPCCI, is an expert on industrial environment pollution and other environmental issues.

He is associated with the environment sector for the last fifteen years. He is the President of PTA (SZZ) Environmental Society, and has also been members of Environmental Protection Tribunal and also has a wide range of experiences ranging from industrialization. He has run the affairs of Combined Effluents Treatment Plant Badge Korangi Tanneries for many years, and in 2010, the Government of Pakistan has also awarded the meditation on the services of its environment in the environment.
