Maritime intellectual property of books is worth of preservation and propagation for the human right between writer and reader through the channel of a competent library. Brig Rashid Siddiqui motivated this this noble cause and the efforts successfully done during the tenure of Mr. Arif Elahi and The Chairman PNSC Rizwan Ahmed. The renovated PNSC library now inaugurated by Federal Minister Maritime Affairs, Ali Zaidi today at PNSC Head office.

He appreciated this professional Library and archive software by writing his comments on visitors’ book. He added that Library culture is again growing in the west but collapsing in our culture, so I appeal Karachi and entire country to donate their professional books for the noble cause of PNSC.

He suggested that PNSC may establish a larger Library spread over a floor.
