President Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) Sheikh Umer Rehan applauded the initiative of Deputy Commissioner Korangi Shahryar Gul Memon for acknowledgment of health workers participated in Polio Vaccination drive in the district. According to details the DC arranged a ceremony to give awards to 43 health workers among 1000 who complete the task with zero refusal rate. Chairman and CEO KITE DMC Zubair Chhaya, former presidents of KATI Danish Khan and Ehtisham Uddin also attended the ceremony.

President KATI said that polio workers are playing a vital role in eliminating a great concern related to our better future and we should acknowledge their services for the nation. He said that DC Korangi took an exemplary step by rewarding polio workers. He also applauded his coopration with industries in Korangi industrial Area. Zubair Chhaya said that young and dynamic officers like Mr. Memon is our national asset and we should also acknowledge services of such efficient officers. He further said that DC Korangi is also cooperating with us to resolve infrastructural problems of industrial area as well.
