Pakistan’s Liquid Foreign Reserves falls on Nov 02

The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$14,068.1 million on 02November2018.The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under: –

Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan : US$ 7,678.9 million

  1. Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks : US$ 6,389.2 million
  2. Total liquid foreign reserves             : US$ 14,068.1 million

 

During the week ending 02 November2018, SBP’s reserves decreased by US$98 million to US$7,679 million, due to payments on account of external debt servicing.
