The 21st edition of Health Asia will occur from October 17 to 19 at the Expo Center in Karachi. Provincial Minister for Health Dr Azra Pehchoo will be the chief guest at the event.

The event will also host various seminars on various issues of healthcare and medical practices, such as chronic diseases, safe blood transfusion, cardiac surgery and perfusion, medical tourism, pharmaceutical marketing, medical devices, etc. At the flagship event, Health Asia, an exclusive hall has been dedicated to dental health professionals (Dentech Asia).

Project Director Health Asia Farhan Anis said this event is the national platform for policymakers, health experts, and stakeholders of healthcare professionals to gather to raise the standards of healthcare services to patients, address the critical and emerging issues of healthcare and medical practices, and propose an industry roadmap for saving people’s lives. Every year, healthcare and wellness sector stakeholders join heads to deliberate on different industry issues with specialized sessions organized by experts and practitioners under the banner of Health Asia.

Health Asia will launch the “Inward Medical Tourism” concept this year, which will be discussed at the Future Hospital Conference. This concept will bring foreign revenue to Pakistan and, ultimately, more private sector investment in providing high-quality healthcare facilities in our hospitals.

More than 20 Conferences and Seminars will be held alongside the 3-day Exhibition, which will feature foreign and local medical experts as speakers to exchange the latest medical procedures information.

More than 500 exhibitors, including foreign delegates from different countries, participate in Health Asia. Over 50,000 visitors are expected to visit the three-day event.
