The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) is set to auction premium residential plots in NSIT Residencia this June, following the success of four previous auctions. Located next to DHA Phase 6 and 7, NSIT City will feature IT, Education, and Film districts, positioning NSIT Residencia as a prime investment opportunity.

CBD Punjab is offering four plots, each up to four kanals in size, with a reserve price of PKR 95 million per kanal and a PKR 20 million earnest money deposit. A flexible three-year payment plan will facilitate investment from both local and overseas investors. Applications must be submitted by June 16, 2025.

CEO Imran Amin emphasized that this auction is a pivotal part of Punjab’s future, creating a city of opportunity that will boost the regional economy through job creation and improved infrastructure. The auction reflects CBD Punjab’s commitment to building modern, smart urban communities.
