The country’s total liquid foreign reserves stood at US$ 26,770.9 million as of 25-Sep-2026. The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under:

1. Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan:  US$ 21,439.2 million
2. Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks        :  US$   5,331.7 million
3. Total liquid foreign reserves                                        :  US$ 26,770.9 million

During the week ended on 25-Sep-2026, SBP’s FX reserves increased by US$ 39 million to US$ 21,439.2 million.
