SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited has secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 30 million shares. This IPO, representing 32.01% of its post-IPO paid-up capital, will have book building on September 21-22 and public subscription on September 28-29.

The floor price is set at Rs40 per share, with a potential strike price of Rs64, allowing the company to raise between Rs1.20 billion and Rs1.92 billion. Of the total shares, 22.5 million will be offered through book building, while 7.5 million will be available to the public.

The funds will enhance the company’s working capital, enabling larger procurement and increased export revenue, with plans to grow from approximately $4 million in FY2026 to $18 million in FY2027. SE Fruits and Vegetable, based in Sargodha and formerly Shaheen Enterprises, has a strong export track record and aims to increase its market share in the competitive fruit and vegetable export sector.
