The Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association (PPDA) and Pakistan State Oil (PSO) held a meeting to address various issues impacting the petroleum retail sector. Attendees included PPDA Chairman Malik Khuda Bakhsh and PSO executives, including Chief Commercial Officer Ameer Saif.
Key topics included the need for proper allocation and uninterrupted supply of Force lubricants, as well as concerns about the significant price disparity between market rates and retail prices, which is causing financial losses.
PSO agreed to conduct a survey to investigate these issues. PSO emphasized the importance of continued cooperation from PPDA to ensure exclusive fuel purchases through PSO outlets, and both parties committed to working together to resolve outstanding issues and protect the interests of petroleum dealers.
