For the second consecutive year, BankIslami has been awarded Pakistan’s Best Islamic Digital Bank by Euromoney, reflecting its commitment to innovation and technology in Shariah-compliant banking.

This recognition follows the Bank’s previous honor as the Best Islamic Bank in Pakistan. BankIslami has focused on enhancing its platforms and customer experience while expanding access to Islamic financial services.

In early 2025, the Bank upgraded to a centralized, API-enabled core banking platform, enabling over 70% of customer interactions to be digital. A significant milestone was the launch of aik, Pakistan’s first fully digital Islamic banking platform, designed for tech-savvy and Shariah-conscious users.
