The Karachi Port Trust (KPT) proudly welcomes MSC LORETO, one of the world’s largest container ships, to the SAPTL Terminal. This event highlights KPT’s growing ability to accommodate ultra-large container vessels.

Measuring 399.9 meters in length and with a capacity of 24,346 TEUs—3,802 of which are designated for Karachi—this achievement underscores KPT’s world-class infrastructure and operational excellence. It also demonstrates KPT’s commitment to enhancing Pakistan’s position on the global maritime map.

The vessel’s next port of call is the UAE.
