The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as CBD Punjab, has announced the launch of CBD Potohar, a future-focused urban development initiative set to transform the Potohar region into a modern hub for living, working, and investment.

Developed under the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, CBD Potohar builds on CBD Punjab’s earlier successes in Lahore, including the Quaid District, Bab District, and Pakistan’s first IT city, NSIT City. The new project will feature smart infrastructure, sustainable mobility, mixed-use developments, and innovation-driven commercial zones.

CEO Imran Amin said CBD Potohar represents “the next phase of our journey — a future-ready development built on trust, transparency, and innovation.” He emphasized that the project is designed to foster opportunity, sustainability, and long-term economic growth.
