Sona Centre, a prominent agricultural input supply network in Pakistan, hosted the “Sona Kissan Convention” at Ramada Hotel to celebrate farmers through a lucky draw as part of their Farmer Incentive Program, “Sona Sy Hy Kamyabi.”

Prizes included motorcycles, LED TVs, and mobile phones, highlighting Sona Centre’s dedication to empowering farmers and boosting agricultural contributions. Syed Ali Qasim Gilani, the Chief Guest, praised Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC) for its extensive Sona Centre network, enhancing national food security by providing quality agricultural inputs.

Dr. Rao Asif Ali emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships in supporting farmers with sustainable agricultural practices and AI-driven advisory services.

FFC also promotes gender diversity by including female agronomists in leadership roles. Mr. Aftab Naseem discussed the launch of climate-resilient products through collaboration with Yara International. The event concluded with another lucky draw for mobile phones, further encouraging farmer engagement.
