Zong and Samsung have partnered to enhance 5G adoption in Pakistan through a Shop-in-Shop initiative and a Trade-In program. Launching at selected Customer Service Centres in Islamabad and Lahore, the Shop-in-Shop will allow users to explore and experience Samsung’s latest 5G smartphones hands-on.

The Trade-In program enables customers to exchange older devices for new 5G phones, making the transition to 5G more accessible. Sajid Munir, Zong’s Head of Marketing, emphasised that this partnership aims to foster a robust 5G ecosystem and promote digital inclusion.

Currently operational in Islamabad and Lahore, Zong plans to expand these initiatives nationwide.
