Mobilink Bank’s WIN Incubator has graduated 18 women-led startups, promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Pakistan. The graduation ceremony in Islamabad was attended by Ms. Wajiha Qamar, Minister of State for Federal Education & Professional Training.

The WIN program offered skills in digital entrepreneurship and financial literacy, helping participants build resilient businesses. Green Plastics received the Best Startup Award, earning PKR 1 million for its eco-friendly solution using potato peels. Ecogen and EcoFlow each earned PKR 500,000 for their contributions to food waste management and sanitary solutions. This initiative highlights the critical role of women entrepreneurs in driving sustainability and innovation.
