CBD Punjab has announced a significant initiative to provide world-class healthcare in the region by offering a 40-kanal plot for a hospital in the CBD Bab District, Walton Road. The auction will be conducted via sealed bids, with the submission deadline set for April 7, 2026, and the bid opening scheduled for April 9, 2026.

The reserve price is set at PKR 150 million per kanal, and a five-year instalment plan is available for investors.

CEO Imran Amin emphasised that this project aims to establish a modern healthcare institution in Lahore that meets international standards. CBD Punjab envisions a sustainable urban environment that fosters both business growth and essential services.
