Australian High Commissioner visits Dawlance’s Female-Led Service Centre

Dawlance, a leading home appliances brand in Pakistan and a subsidiary of Arcelik, welcomed Australian High Commissioner Neil Hawkins to its first female-led service center in Multan. This significant service center, run by entrepreneurs Ms. Rimsha Yaqoob and Ms. Aliza Rukhsana, demonstrates Dawlance’s commitment to women empowerment in traditionally male-dominated fields. By promoting women in these roles, Dawlance inspires greater female participation in entrepreneurship and technical services across the country.

During the visit, the High Commissioner learned about the center’s operations and customer-focused approach. He praised Dawlance for fostering inclusivity and innovation in Pakistan’s business landscape, recognizing the importance of such initiatives for socio-economic development.

Dawlance Director HR Muhammad Ahmad expressed pride in launching Pakistan’s first female-led service franchise, emphasizing the dual goal of providing world-class service while empowering women to take on leadership roles. This initiative reaffirms Dawlance’s commitment to gender diversity and reliable customer service throughout Pakistan.
