Saudia, the national airline of Saudi Arabia, was awarded “Best Airline Staff Service” at the 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards during the Paris Air Show. The airline improved its ranking from 20th to 17th, highlighting better travel quality for millions of Pakistani travelers heading to Saudi Arabia for Hajj, Umrah, and business.

H.E. Engr. Ibrahim Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, expressed pride in the airline’s frontline team and teamwork in achieving this milestone. Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted praised Saudia’s cabin and ground staff for their warm, professional service.

Saudia has consistently improved over recent years, moving from 82nd in 2016 to 17th in 2025, while also being recognized as the “World’s Most Improved Airline” for four consecutive years. To continue enhancing the guest experience, Saudi Arabia is implementing a significant investment program focused on expanding its global network, doubling its fleet size, and upgrading cabin interiors for superior service and connectivity.
