Sui Southern Gas Company has been pulling out all stops to reduce incidents of gas theft in its franchise provinces of Sindh and Balochistan. 

In an intensive anti-gas theft crackdown drive in the Larkana region, CGTO Larkana, along with Theft Section, Distribution Larkana and Local Police, conducted a joint raid on Saangi Hotel. The culprit, Rasheed Ahmed, Son of Ali Sher Bhutto, was caught red-handed for illegally using gas directly at the said hotel, located at Ghalib Nagar, opposite Zulfiqar Bagh, Larkana. A First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged against the accused, and recovery claims are being raised accordingly.

It should be noted that SSGC teams are taking aggressive steps in areas infested with gas theft, with the cooperation of Larkana’s SSP, DSP, and local police. This coordination will continue to eliminate this evil from society.
