Lucky Cement Limited, in collaboration with Al Shifa Trust, organized a three-day Eye Care Camp for the general public at its Pezu Plant from May 26 to 28, 2025, as part of its community welfare initiatives.

A total of 1,563 patients were treated during the camp, which provided eye check-ups, vision assessments, prescription glasses, and treatment for common eye conditions. Patients requiring further care were referred to specialised facilities for specialised care.

A team of qualified ophthalmologists and support staff ensured quality care. Free medicines and eyeglasses were also distributed to those in need.

The camp provided much-needed medical support to residents of Pezu and the surrounding areas, enhancing access to essential eye care services.
