PNSC will soon commence boat services at various ports in Pakistan

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), a state-owned entity, will soon commence boat services for its managed, chartered, and agency vessels at various ports in Pakistan. Interested service providers are invited to submit bids for procuring launch (boat) services per clause-36(a) of PPR Rules, 2004. The PNSC will manage chartered and agency vessels at Karachi Port, Port Muhammad bin Qasim berth, byco, mooring and anchorage for 2023-2024.

PNSC will allocate funds for the procurement planned during the Financial Year 2023-24, with some of the proceeds intended to cover eligible payments under the contract for the launch services for one year. To obtain a bidding document, interested parties may visit the Procurement Department during office hours or download the paper from the PNSC or PPRA websites.

Sealed bids, accompanied by earnest money/bid security, must be submitted by 11:00 AM on June 26, 2023, in the Tender Box in the PNSC Building’s Conference Room.

The tender will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders who may wish to attend. PNSC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids as per PPRA, 2004.
