Following the partnership, TPL Trakker will provide customized Location Based Services (LBS), to all the startups engaged at NIC, Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. NIC has built and influenced an ecosystem by empowering individuals and institutions to generate a positive economic and social impact, while providing facilities under one roof to young startups.
In Pakistan, Location Based Services have been dominated by international giants, who missed the critical element of localization and customization that TPL Maps, Pakistan’s first digital mapping solution can provide to fuel the digital ecosystem in Pakistan. With the largest location based dataset covering 400 cities, 5 million geocoded addresses and 600,000 km of road network, TPL Trakker is ideally positioned to meet the needs of the new wave of tech startups in the country.
TPL Trakker works closely with clients, improvising and developing solutions to further enhance its LBS platform to cater to their clients’ business needs. Several startups and established businesses in Pakistan are testing and choosing TPL Trakker’s LBS APIs to make their assets location-enabled. This past year alone, TPL Trakker has grown its client base significantly by partnering with several brands in the Telecommunications sector as well as the On-Demand Delivery Services sector.
