A huge honour for Syed Kashif Rafi, Registrar ILMA University to be invited as a an eminent judge among the globally renowned personalities in the massive VIZATHON hosted by the Coronavirus Visualization Team. This large scale event took on board Harvard University, USA Facts, echoAR, Wolfram Language, Policy for the People, Ervena and Panel to the People.

The prestigious event centred on data visualization as a powerful tool that could reveal patterns not seen before, present information in innovative ways, and help to better understand the world. The Coronavirus Visualization Team hosted the amazing Vizathon 2021. This free, 4-day event brought together a global community of students to produce and present data-driven insights.

Teams of students selected one of three tracks, analyzed a data set, and presented their findings through captivating visualizations. Attendees also had the opportunity to show their work to partnering and sponsoring organizations. This inspired attendees community change through data.

Mr Kashif Rafi judged the economic stream projects and assessed these on quality parameters. Further,  there were deliberations and discussions held about the  impact that the pandemic had made on the evolving education scene. There were questions raised and views showcased on the transformative journey on how to emerge successfully through such a global crisis. This mega virtual event led to worldwide connections and strengthening of relations with renowned organizations which placed ILMA on the digital map.
