PMPKL wins ‘Choice’ Award by HRD Asia for being a top employer

Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited (“PMPKL”), an affiliate of Philip Morris International, has earned recognition by winning an Human Resource Director (“HRD”) Asia Employer of Choice 2020 award. The latest accolade from HRD Asia comes seven months after PMPKL received the Annual CSR Award 2020 from National Forum for Environment and Health for Community Development & Services.

The Employer of Choice 2020 award was presented after a survey conducted by HRD Asia,recognizing companies that continuously improve the employee experience through strategic programs to advance their professional development and wellbeing. PMPKL was evaluated for their contribution in a number of areas including; employee learning & professional development, rewards & recognition initiatives and a number of other programs encompassing employee health & well-being, work-life balance, leadership and inclusion &diversity.

Sarah Hassan, PMPKL Director People & Culture,says she and the PMPKL team are thrilled with the accolade that highlights PMPKL as a leading employer and provides due recognition for the company’s continuous efforts to improve the work environment for all employees.
