Patron-in-Chief of Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) S.M Muneer and President Sheikh UmerRehan have welcomed the decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan to allow extension/reappointment of Chief of Army Staff Gen. QamarJavedBajwa, in office. SM Muneer said that the decision will strengthen the stability and prosperity of Pakistan. He applauded extraordinary contribution of Gen Bajwa for defending country from internal and external threats and making national security more strong.

He said that Gen Bajwa had served the nation remarkably, with his visionary leadership our forces defeated the enemy on the boarders and inside the country as well. He said that PM Khan aspired the public sentiments by deciding extension /reappointing of COAS in office. President of KATI Sheikh UmerRehan also praised and welcome the apex court judgment and term it as sign strengthening state institutions.

He said that business community welcomes the decision because it would be helpful to restore confidence of investors and stable economic conditions, he added. While appreciating the meritorious services of DG Rangers Sindh,Sheikh UmerRehansaid that Maj. Gen. Umer Ahmed Bukhari is doing a great job in controlling the crimes in Sindh specially in Karachi, due to his remarkable efforts the crime rate has gone down which is ultimately result in betterment of economy.
