ILMA sparks off career counselling in the local degree colleges with its expert team to unravel better opportunities of growth and development for the youth of the nation. An amazing initiative was taken by the University to enter the local college scene and conduct career sessions for the students who normally don’t have any access to such guidance and support. ILMA’s team of career counsellors did this supreme service in Govt. Girls Degree College and Govt. DJ Science College.

They were welcomed warmly into the premises where they enlightened the youth about the careers that could be taken up with their current course of studies. Not only that, but they also presented an array of possibilities that could be considered in the fields that were making waves around the world.

One student remarked, ‘This career counselling session has been an eye-opener for me as I didn’t know that I could enter so many streams of professions with my degree.’

ILMA has always thought of the larger benefit of the nation and driven the youth towards productive territories that they can explore and take up to become independent as well as meet their income needs. The University realizes that there is much potential in youth that has not been tapped properly. The best way is through these career counselling sessions which allow an awakening of minds and freedom of choice in the wide range of fields of work never experienced before.
