Telenor Bank signs agreement with TEZ Financial Services for disbursement of nano-loans

Telenor Microfinance Bank and TEZ Financial Services have entered into an agreement for disbursement of nano-loans to Easypaisa Mobile Account customers. The agreement was signed recently at the Telenor Bank Head Office. Shahid Mustafa, President & CEO – Telenor Microfinance Bank and Nadeem Hussain, Founder & CEO – TEZ Financial Services were the signatories on behalf of their respective companies.

Zong Additional Investment of $200 Million to Ensure 100 per cent countrywide 4G Coverage

Pakistan’s largest telecom network Zong pumped in an additional investment of $ 200 million last year to ensure 100 per cent 4G coverage across the country while the cellular giant is eyeing to introduce Digital Revolution in the ongoing 2018.

This was unveiled during recently held Annual Business Conference here in the federal capital.

Mobilink signs Huawei to install Pakistan’s First 100Gbps Optical Network

Mobilink has awarded a contract to China-based telecoms equipment manufacturer Huawei to upgrade its existing network to 100 Gigabytes per second (Gbps) Optical Transport Network (OTN), a first of its kind in Pakistan.

Mobilink now offers 3G connectivity in 43 cities of Pakistan

Karachi – 8th May, 2015: Mobilink has expanded its 3G network to 43 cities of Pakistan by adding seven new cities to the existing 36 that already were experiencing the telco’s superior internet connectivity. This is Mobilink’s fourth stage of commercial 3G rollout and covers the following cities: Bhalwal, Chakwal, Daska, Dipalpur, Mandi, Bahauddin, Pattoki, and Wazirabad.
