Patron-in-Chief of Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) S M Muneer and President of the association Masood Naqi see addition of 2915.30 MW electricity to the National grid system since 2013, as big success of Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. According to a statement issued by KAIT S M Muneer said that energy crisis is the biggest challenge for country’s economy, and PM Nawaz Sharif endeavor projects to resolve this challenge on priority basis. Muneer said that after completion of CPEC and affiliated power projects, economy will get strong foundation for the sustainability.

President of KATI Masood Naqi added that numbers of hydel, solar and wind energy projects have been completed during last three years, and many of other projects would be completed by 2018,this gives us a hope that challenges regarding energy, faced by industry, will be removed till that time. Masood Naqi also said that projects of power generation are good sign but we hope that cheap energy will be provided to the industry as well and this milestone will be achieved during this tenure. He further said that PM efforts for fighting back energy problems of the country are praised by Business community of Pakistan.
